Most Leadership
Training today is
Outdated
It speaks to a distant past when the top ranks were dominated by one type of individual, when a global pandemic hadn’t wracked the planet, when social media didn’t exist, when AI was a distant dream, when things happening in a country far away didn’t affect us.
Fear Based, Command & Control Leadership DOESN’T WORK. We believe that great leaders don’t tell people what to do, they empower them to reach their full potential.
In many companies, people are promoted because they are good individual contributors, but they don’t get the training they need to manage diverse, hybrid teams, and complicated emotions. Leaders are not equipped to lead across borders and cultures, nor to confront challenging conversations.
That’s where we come in.
Why Now?
Leadership has changed...
- 58% of people admit to trusting a perfect stranger more than their own boss
- In a survey of Fortune 500 firms, having competent global leaders was rated as the most important factor for business success.
- And yet, 85% of executoves feel that they do not have an adequate amount of global leaders under them.
Leadership Training
Benefits
Improved Communication
Leadership training helps to improve communication between team members and management, which decreases frustration and anger, and increases productivity.
Well-Being + Happiness
Great leaders need to be able to emotionally regulate – which only happens if they are able to regenerate. They are also able to foster a happier workforce – and happiness = productivity.
Supercharged Innovation
Employees who don’t feel supported or included won’t speak up – which means some of the best ideas may stay hidden. Great leaders create cultures of experimentation and vocalization – leading to the greatest innovations of our time.
Cultural Intelligence
Leadership training helps create seamless communication between different nationalities and cultures, increasing global aptitude.
Engagement
Leadership training trains leaders on how to keep employees engaged, motivated, and excited about their work.
Inclusion
Leadership training helps to foster a more inclusive environment where individuals from different backgrounds feel supported, respected, and included. This leads to higher
retainment, particularly of diverse individuals.

Leadership Modules
For Accelerators, companies choose a series of modules based upon their leadership goals and needs of their workforce.
Modules are 2-3 hours long, real time in-person or virtual trainings.
Half day, full day, and retreats can also be designed, blending desired topics. Each topic can also be delivered in keynote format.
Online learning modules can also be developed for scale, in partnership with L+D company, Trillium Creative Solutions. We suggest cohorts of 25 people for maximum impact, max 50. Pre-work – TEDx talks, case studies, articles, and assessments are provided for enhanced personlization and learning.
All modules are taught from an intersectional lens, understanding that each person’s lived experience and background present different challenges and opportunities.

Testimonials

"Samantha has fantastic communicating and teaching skills "
As a former high school teacher with 18 years’ experience before I changed careers, recognizing good teaching is something that comes somewhat naturally to me.
So it was that within the first three hours of our first session of the Preparing to Lead program, of which I was a participant, that I came to see the fantastic communicating and teaching skills of Samantha. From the beginning of our session Samantha exuded not just confidence, but also a clear and concise ability to communicate ideas, recognize and process ideas, and to draw out participation of the members of the class. In short, Samantha demonstrated a mastery of all the skills needed to lead and coach others.
She also showed a passion for, and expertise in, her subject matter. It was clear from the start that Samantha lived and breathed a deep and abiding interest in leadership and the principles and values that make an effective leader. Whether she was explaining scientific concepts and theories or giving personal examples from her own experiences to illustrate ideas, Samantha showed a care and diligence in her work that excited others and made our class a dynamic and enjoyable experience
